Service Description
COVID 19 - Currently due to Covid 19 we are limited to 30 people face to face at the Old Cheese Factory until further notice. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular and strength fitness.

Cancellation Policy
While our classes are capped due to government restrictions, we have a 6 hour cancellation policy in place. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time your session is still payable. If you need to cancel but can't for whatever reason, please send me a message so I can cancel you manually and try to fill your reserved spot with another person on the waiting list. Thanks for your understanding.
