Having over 20 years in the fitness industry I can say that I have experienced and heard of nearly every possible diet trick, fad diet and fitness method available out there. At Carmen Get Fit my mission is to simply offer to everyone a fun, effective and highly proven form of achieving a healthy lifestyle.
WHAT I DO
Get Fit Fast
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
Zumba is a super fun way to exercise, without it feeling like exercise at all! You'll dance, you'll burn calories, you'll sweat, you'll wiggle and shake your booty but most importantly, you'll laugh and have a great time!

I have been coming to Carmens Boot Camp and Zumba classes for 7 months now and it has honestly changed my life. I have met some amazing people and everyone is so encouraging. I saw an add on Facebook for Carmen’s Zumba Classes. It looked like a lot of fun! I attended my first ever class, worried that I’d look unco, but Carmen is a fantastic teacher and I was able to follow along. Nothing better than a great bunch of ladies, some rocking tunes and a supportive Zumba teacher!
I always look forward to Carmens Boot Camp Sessions because I never know what I'm going to get! The training is always fun but effective too. I encourage anyone to give it a go...you'll have a blast!
